Post-qualification fees at Taibao Hometown-Hangzhou International Nursing Community encompass entry fees, home cards, monthly accommodation fees, and meal charges. Meal fees are set at ￥1200（$165)/person/month, while accommodation monthly fees range from ￥6000($828) to ￥11,000($1,519)/month. The monthly accommodation fee covers room usage, specified utilities, weekly cleaning services, concierge assistance, access to community amenities, and participation in club activities.

Visiting the activity area within the park reveals a diverse schedule of events for August, encompassing more than 10 activities such as Baduanjin, finger exercises, clap exercises, billiards, calligraphy, movies, health classes, food teaching, small chorus, and more.
