Delicious Porridge can Balance Nutrition and Reduce Fat

Homemade shrimp porridge
The fresh prawns are firm and flesh. Their delicious taste penetrates into the porridge which makes porridge a wonderful dish.
Ingredients:Brown rice (can be used with a small amount of rice or oats), fresh shrimp, parsley, green onion, ginger, salt, sugar, White pepper
Directions:
1. Clean the rice, chop green onion and ginger, wash and cut the parsley.
2. Remove the head and draw the mud line. Remove the tail and cut the shrimp to the end along the back. If the line is still there, cleanse the shrimp again if the mud is not removed completely.
3. Souse the shrimp with a little white pepper, a little sugar, and a little bit of salt.
4. Fry shrimp head into the oil pan until shrimp oil comes out. Fried shrimp head, porridge, can be put in together.
5. Pour the rice into the pressure cooker, add the right amount of water, push the “Porridge” button.
6. Turn off the heat, open the lid after the pressure goes away, put in the right amount of shrimp oil (I put 4 scoops, more than that), put shredded ginger, and shrimp.
7. Continue to cook, without the valve, open or cover the lid, until the porridge is thick.
8. Season with salt and add a little white pepper according to your taste.
9. Continue to cook, to the degree that you like. Put parsley and shrimp head according to your taste.
